New City
So, we live in Curitiba now. This has got to be one of the best cities in Brazil, if not the best. We love it here. The city is very clean, the traffic is not so bad, and the public transportation is easy. Actually, we don’t have a car, so we use the buses a lot. The buses are super easy to use and we’ve been told that NYC is looking to model their bus system after the one here.
Another quick note, I love what I’m doing here. I am pastoring the English speaking congregation here at 1st Baptist Church Curitiba. Everyone at the church is extremely encouraging and have been so helpful as we have been adjusting to our new home.
You can check out the church website here.
The site is in Portuguese, but you can figure it out
And, on the left, if you are wearing your eye glasses, you can see “English Service.” That should help you out.
Tchau Amigos.
